  • Lavinia Wehr - Founder & Creative Director

    Lavinia is the proud owner and creative director of Agsocial. With a deep understanding of the farming industry, Lavinia has developed an effective approach to social media marketing and communications strategies that precisely target farmers and other agricultural audiences. Leveraging her knowledge of farmer psychology and demographics, she helps clients achieve their individual growth goals on digital platforms.

    She was equipped with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Public Relations. Lavinia dove headfirst into social media marketing in mid-2017. She took on the challenge of managing the social media presence for the Royal Agricultural Society's IGA Perth Royal Show, an experience that propelled her forward. Recognising the need for personalised social media strategies tailored to regional businesses. And thus, AGSOCIAL was born.

    In addition to her work with AGSOCIAL, Lavinia is also the cohost of Generation Ag, a highly popular podcast in the agricultural space. With over 125,000 downloads and counting, the podcast serves as a platform for insightful discussions and thought-provoking conversations.

    Through her agency and podcast, Lavinia is dedicated to empowering agricultural businesses, delivering individualised communications strategies, and fostering growth in the industry.

  • Charlotte Riminton - Videographer & Photographer

    Meet Charlotte, our Videographer & Photographer hailing from Sydney. With a deep passion for digital marketing and a knack for harnessing the power of social media platforms, she excels in crafting engaging and impactful content that resonates with audiences. Charlotte's educational journey began in Scotland, where she pursued an undergraduate degree for four years.

    This experience not only provided her with a broad knowledge base but also honed her analytical and critical thinking skills. Eager to expand her horizons, she ventured to the University of Sydney to pursue a Master of Commerce degree with a specialisation in marketing, further deepening her expertise in the field.

    Beyond her professional pursuits, Charlotte is a true creative at heart. She channels her passion for visual storytelling through her love for photography and videography. With her keen eye for capturing the beauty of the world, she effortlessly weaves together captivating narratives, conveying messages and emotions through her visual creations.

    This artistic prowess seamlessly complements her work in social media, allowing her to curate visually stunning and compelling content. Charlotte's unique blend of digital marketing expertise, social media savvy, and artistic talent makes her an invaluable asset to our team.   • Bec Noakes - Social Media Assistant

    Having grown up on sheep stations, Bec became familiar with agriculture from a young age. Schooling began through distance education before transitioning to boarding school in 2010, exposing her to vastly different ways of life and providing amazing experiences. With a deep affection for the countryside, they relocated to the South East of South Australia nearly three years ago, where she now resides with her partner on a family farm. Her passion for design and detail emerged during her interior design studies. While their current location has paused that career path, the lessons learned continue to prove valuable in their new role at AGSOCIAL.

  • Elly Stevens - Social Media Manager

    Hailing from the Far West NSW, Elly's life has been intertwined with agriculture since her earliest days. Her affinity for the industry ignited at a young age and has only flourished with time, propelling her towards an insatiable quest for knowledge in all facets of agriculture. Today, she calls Whiteheads Creek in Victoria her home, where she actively contributes to her family's farm, spanning from Forbes to central Victoria.

    In 2019, Elly earned her degree in Agricultural Business Management, a testament to her commitment to honing her skills and understanding of business of Agriculture. Over the course of nine harvest seasons, she manned a sample stands across the Riverina, further solidifying her practical expertise.

    Presently, Elly works with various enterprises in the realms of sustainability and marketing, adding yet another layer to her multifaceted career in agriculture. With an extensive background across livestock, wool, and grains, she brings a wealth of experience to her role at AGSOCIAL. Her innate passion for networking finds a perfect outlet in her work, enabling her to connect with like-minded individuals across the industry.

  • Charleton Glenn - Communications & Content Specialist (Agronomy)

    Charleton brings a diverse background in agronomy, communications, and agricultural policy to the table. Her educational journey began with a Bachelor of Agriculture at the University of Melbourne, where she developed a strong foundation in agricultural practices. Fueled by her passion for storytelling and event management, she pursued a master's degree in communications to further enhance her skills in sharing compelling narratives.

    Growing up on an irrigation property in Southern NSW, Charleton has a deep-rooted connection to the land. Her family's business primarily focuses on rice and merino sheep production, supplemented by opportunistic cereal crops. Currently based in the picturesque Riverina region of NSW, Charleton works as a consulting agronomist specializing in broadacre crops. During her weekends, she actively contributes to her family's business, ensuring her involvement spans across the agricultural sector.

    With over seven years of industry experience, Charleton has worked in various capacities within private and corporate businesses. Her roles have involved communication strategies, event management, and policy development, allowing her to gain a holistic understanding of the agricultural landscape. Passionate about fostering a connection between rural and regional industries and the wider community, she is dedicated to educating people about the origins and processes behind Australia's food production. Witnessing rural businesses flourish is a driving force behind her work.
